How John Works
Esta página aún no está disponible en tu idioma.
John is built as a coworker, not a chatbot bolted onto a shared pool. You give him a goal; he works across your connected tools and reports back.
Your private workspace
Section titled “Your private workspace”Each customer gets a private workspace set up just for them. Conversations, files, connected accounts, and memory stay there. They are never mixed with another customer’s data.
That isolation is the product difference: the same kind of execution power, without parking your business next to anyone else’s.
Where you talk to John
Section titled “Where you talk to John”- Telegram - personal delegation. You choose who can message John.
- Slack - team delegation. Install John in your workspace and message him in DMs or threads. Teammates in the same thread share one conversation.
WhatsApp is on the roadmap and is not available yet.
Connections and the app library
Section titled “Connections and the app library”John connects to the tools you already use (mail, calendar, CRM, project trackers, and many more) through an app library. You connect accounts from the dashboard. John then pulls together what he needs for a task and acts across those tools in one go.
You can revoke a connection anytime from the dashboard.
Persona
Section titled “Persona”You write who John is: chief of staff, executive assistant, ops lead, listing coordinator, or whatever fits your business. Tone, priorities, and how he talks are yours to define.
Memory
Section titled “Memory”John keeps context in your private workspace: your role, your tone, your priorities, and what you said last week. Every useful task makes him sharper about your business.
- Memory lives on your space. It never mixes with other customers.
- In Slack, people in the same thread share that conversation’s context so collaboration stays coherent.
- You stay in control of what John knows through persona, settings, and what you choose to share in chat.
Skills and playbooks
Section titled “Skills and playbooks”Skills are domain playbooks that teach John how work gets done in a given industry or function - recruiting scorecards, real-estate timelines, consulting SOW norms, e-commerce refunds, and more.
- Default skills ship with every workspace.
- You can enable more from the skill library in the dashboard.
- Community playbooks may also be available; John CEO has not reviewed community skills - treat them as unvetted.
Together, connections plus playbooks are how John can take on jobs across domains without you rewriting the same instructions every week.
Approvals and control
Section titled “Approvals and control”For risky actions (for example sending on your behalf), John asks first. He does not use your personal bank card today. An optional wallet and virtual card are on the roadmap, with limits you would set.
Early access
Section titled “Early access”John CEO is in early access. Features such as billing enforcement, team plans, and some channels may still be preview or unavailable in your environment. When something is not live yet, the product and these docs say so.
