Inbox triage and draft replies

John can work in your inbox after you connect mail in Connections. That is separate from workspace email (@johnceo.email), which is a dropbox address for John. See Email.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Running private workspace
- Slack or Telegram
- Mail connected in Connections (for example Gmail)
Example ask
Section titled “Example ask”Summarize unread mail from the last day. List anything that needs a reply today. Draft replies for the top three and wait for my OK before sending.
What John can read
Section titled “What John can read”Unread and recent messages in the connected mailbox, plus thread context he already has in chat.
What needs approval
Section titled “What needs approval”Sending a reply. Drafts do not send until you approve (Slack card) or you tell him to send after you edited the draft.
Expected output
Section titled “Expected output”A short list (who, subject, why it matters) plus draft replies you can accept or rewrite.
Credits and limits
Section titled “Credits and limits”Uses AI spend plus connected-app calls. Bounded turns apply on long inboxes. Billing.
Do not treat this as a full mailbox app. John is not a replacement for Gmail or Outlook’s UI.
